Study Icon Bahawalpur provides study abroad consultancy services including but not limited to: career assessment, university shortlisting, application assistance, document preparation, SOP guidance, credibility interview coaching, language coaching (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/Duolingo), visa application support, CAS document assistance, and pre-departure guidance.

By availing our services, you agree to:

• Provide authentic and accurate personal, academic, and financial information
• Submit genuine documents only — no fake or fabricated documents
• Attend scheduled counseling sessions and interviews
• Respond promptly to our requests for documents or information
• Meet university and embassy deadlines as advised by our counselors
• Read and understand the refund policy before making payments

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once services commence
• University application fees are paid directly to universities
• Embassy and visa fees are paid directly to authorities
• Third-party fees (application, test registration) are non-refundable
• Full payment must be received as per the agreed schedule

Visa decisions are made by immigration authorities and are beyond Study Icon Bahawalpur's control. We provide complete guidance, document preparation, and interview coaching to maximize your chances — but we do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests entirely with the embassy or visa office.

Admission decisions are made by universities based on their own criteria. Study Icon Bahawalpur assists with applications but does not guarantee admission to any specific university. We recommend applying to multiple institutions to increase your chances.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Study Icon Bahawalpur. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

Study Icon Bahawalpur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount of consultancy fees paid by the student.

Study Icon Bahawalpur reserves the right to terminate services in cases of:

• Submission of fake or fraudulent documents
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward staff
• Non-payment of agreed fees
• Breach of any terms outlined in this document

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bahawalpur, Punjab.
