University Tuition Fee

University tuition fee is totally refundable in case of rejection. If your admission application is rejected by the university, the tuition deposit you paid will be refunded according to the university's own refund policy.

Consultancy Service Fee (Limited Circumstances)

Full refund of consultancy service fees is only granted under highly limited circumstances. These include scenarios where Study Icon Bahawalpur fails to deliver the specific, agreed-upon service outlined in your contract.

What's Non-Refundable

Consultancy Service Fees

Consultancy fee is non-refundable. Once services commence — including counseling, university shortlisting, application processing, or document preparation — the consultancy fee is considered earned for work performed.

After University Offer Letter

Once a university Offer Letter is received, no refund of Study Icon Bahawalpur service fees is possible, as the core service has been delivered.

Visa Refusal

If a student's visa is refused, Study Icon Bahawalpur service fees are non-refundable. Visa decisions are made by immigration authorities and are beyond our control. We provide complete guidance and document preparation, but the final decision rests with the embassy.

University Application Fee

University application fee is not refundable. These are charges collected by the university for processing your admission application.

Third-Party University Application Fees

Any application fees paid directly to universities are strictly non-refundable by Study Icon Bahawalpur. These are third-party charges collected by the institutions and are completely outside our financial control.

Embassy / Visa Fees

Embassy fee is non-refundable. Visa application charges paid to embassies or visa application centers are government fees and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Language & Test Registration Fees

IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo, or any other test registration fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to test conducting bodies and are outside our control.

Fake Documents

If there are any fake documents, no refund will be entertained. We maintain strict compliance with international education standards and do not tolerate fraudulent submissions.
